Art therapy, sometimes called creative arts therapy or expressive arts therapy, encourages people to express and understand emotions through artistic expression and through the creative process. Click here to learn more.

You do not need to be an artist in order to reap the benefits of art therapy! Our friendly art therapists will work with you to dive into the message communicated through your art and aid in the process of self-care.

Available from 5pm-6pm or 6pm-7pm.
